Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and in original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any damage, wear, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or special order appliances
- Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
- Items purchased as part of final clearance sales
- Opened gas line components and installation kits

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5 Processing
Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: Standard shipping fees apply for the replacement item
Refund Information
Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
