Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the product. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Free from any damage, wear, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or special order appliances
  • Products with removed or damaged serial numbers
  • Items purchased as part of final clearance sales
  • Opened gas line components and installation kits

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Contact Our Team

Step 2: Submit Return Request

Complete and submit the Return Request Form (template provided below). Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Receive Authorization

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.

Step 4: Ship Your Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our returns center. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 5: Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of your return (typically 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs
  • Change of Mind Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: Standard shipping fees apply for the replacement item

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days to process
  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for change of mind returns.

International Returns

As we serve customers worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote areas), international returns follow the same process with these additional considerations:
